Bárbara Oettinger

Bárbara Oettinger, a talented Chilean illustrator and graphic designer, combines technical expertise, creativity, and storytelling in her creations. She is passionate about collaborating with new clients and businesses in order to bring their visions to reality. Bárbara is an invaluable member of any creative team, thanks to her extensive industry knowledge and adept fusion of technical skill with her artistic sensibility.  She holds a BA from the University of Chile, an MA from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a prestigious MFA in Integrated Practices from the Pratt Institute in New York, which was funded by the Chilean government. Her client list includes prestigious organizations such as the National Council of Monuments of Chile, VTR Comunicaciones SpA, Fundación Proyecta Memoria, AMICAR, CODELCO, and international collaborations such as FUTURE BRAND, LONDON. Her illustrations have been showcased in renowned publications and books, including "Para Pasarlo Chancho," "Ilustracion a la Chilena," "Santiago, Quiero verte Enamorado," and "The Best Latin American Illustrations 2011," among others. In 2015, she illustrated the book "Cerro Santa Lucía," which earned the Medalla Colibrí Ibby Chile 2015, and received an Honorable Mention in the category of Non-Fiction Books. From children's books to cultural magazines, her work captivates audiences with its unique vision.
