Sally Garland
The little girl struggles every day to sail her little rickety, raft to a Far Away Island. She is constantly fixing and mending it while the other children seem to have much better boats that have no problems at all. One day, a terrible wave comes and washes all the little boats away, smashing the little girl’s raft to pieces.
A story about resilience, empowerment and compassion. How the skills and things we learn during hard times can help us build something better for the future.
