Toby has to stay in until his little, hurt paw heals and Tilly has to stay inside safe until the big storm has passed. They are both stuck inside longing for the freedom of outside so together they embark on a quest to find all their outdoor belongings. They discover stuff they had not noticed, toys they had forgotten and even things they did not realise they had. Using their creativity and ingenuity they eventually make the most amazing ‘Dog Walking Storm Protecting Machine’ the world has ever seen and realise that the fun of outside was already inside their heads.

This is a story about making the best of the things you have now and using creativity to make being stuck inside become fun and full of hope.
