Designer and illustrator Elsa can play the drums and the guitar. But it’s not all rock and roll, occasionally Elsa swaps her drumsticks for her knitting needles. We’re all looking forward to getting a woolly scarf for our next secret Santa!

Music loving, beard growing, design guru Dave. Some might say he belongs in a 1960s commune somewhere out in a desert where he can’t be seen or heard. But we’re lucky that he’s resisted this bohemian, beatnik fantasy and instead creatively directs all things Collaborate.

Caroline has been helping artists write their own children’s books for many years now & loves nothing more than seeing one of these books comes to life! She also enjoys and hates golf – depending on the day and the weather! Meditation and learning Spanish are her other hobbies – but not at the same time.

Her love for drawing with crayons on the walls as a child turned into a true passion for design and illustration. Always looking for a new adventure around the world that ignites her imagination to create and color the world with magic.

Party-planner Kate is the spearhead of all things social at Collaborate. She is studio-mum / cake-buyer / agony-aunt and most other hyphenated roles, but mostly Kate lands the big projects for us. Her role as mum continues when she gets home to Jack and Lego time begins!

From La Planète sauvage to Hey Duggie, if it’s animated Lewis loves it. When he’s not staring at the screen though, he’s playing The Horsey, The Monster or just Daddy for his daughter Maggie. His imagination is his greatest weapon, but he’s also pretty handy in the kitchen.

Adolfo has an incredible knowledge of art history. He loves travelling and has visited most of the top galleries in Europe. He enjoys meeting new friends despite insisting he has social incontinence.

Resident illustrator, photographer and Korean pop DJ. Laura has a passion for art and geek culture and can often be seen hanging around comic and film conventions.

Between bouts of board-gaming Ben struts his stuff on the ballroom dance floor, he assures us there is not a sequin in sight. Ben is an amazing illustrator and animator. But he can’t be good a everything – which is why he is persisting with his piano lessons.

Some manner of strange gremlin-child in a (fairly) convincing human disguise. Jenny is a versatile illustrator, animator, designer and recovering World of Warcraft addict. She is fuelled solely by tea and cute dog videos.

Talented designer by day, amazing singer by night, Lauren loves attending and performing at festivals. Travelling, surfing and long walks also keep her busy. But Lauren’s big passion is evident in the amazing books she designs for our clients.

Pencils, charcoal, Wacoms – it doesn’t matter what the format, style or genre it is – our artists are more than capable of delivering. With 1000s of books to our name our artists are amongst the published artists in the world.

Brand & Creative Development Manager Tom loves a nice cup of Yorkshire Gold with a slice of marmite on toast. On occasions, he likes to get up on stage and make people laugh. He surfs, loves to draw and plays the drums. He’s what you might call ‘a quintessential English Rocker.’

Tamara loves being close to nature, playing tennis and travelling the world on culinary adventures! Her great organisational skills make her a wonderful asset to the accounts team.

Yeeun is a good communicator and listener, and she helps Collaborate to expand its business into S.Korea. She finds her happiness in the small little things she does, like an iced Americano on a hot day or watching an episode of One Piece on a Sunday morning.

Passionate about design and animation, Siobhan loves talking about all things creative. When this creative sales agent isn’t working, she spends her time re-watching classic 80’s action movies and tends to her large assortment of indoor plants.

Ricardo is one of our accounting geniuses located out in sunny Marbella. In his free time he loves cycling, sailing and all things sport!

Mega organised office manager Nat not only keeps business running smoothly – she’s also bossing her new role as a mum! Crafty and creative, she’s also a brilliant card designer and a wonderful baker! We don’t know what we’d do without her.

Marion says that family, especially her fourteen year old daughter, is the most important thing to her. Aside from this she loves being outside with her two dogs, and when she finds a little time she’ll be sat somewhere quiet with her nose in a good book!

A committed introvert and only child, Erica’s relationship with art is her longest and most successful one yet. When she does manage to pry herself away from illustrator, she’s either boxing or writing her own offbeat stories and making herself laugh. 

Qwerty represents the editors and authors we use to write our stories and edit our children’s books. Qwerty is passionate about language and often works into the small hours to ensure ‘that’ manuscript hits ‘that’ deadline.

His glasses are getting thicker and thicker as the years go on, but he definitely has an eye for a procedure! Our COO, tasked with overseeing strategic business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, creating policies, and communicating business goals.

Editor Carrie loves the peaceful things in life; playing cello, taking long walks in the mountains, enjoying tea, cheese and real ale. She takes a keen interest in wildlife and even sponsors a Rhino!

Animation, live action, book apps, whatever it may be, if it moves, we move it. Our team of animators can work in most formats. We script write, create the animatics and deliver highly-rendered movies. We like to move it, move it!

Babs is a firm believer in the Law of Attraction, which might be what makes her such a superstar accounts manager (combined with all that hard work and expertise of course!) It’s no ‘secret’ that she is well loved by the Collaborate team.

An animal lover and coffee addict, Ashley has always been drawn to all things creative. She can often be found wandering around indie art markets, admiring murals, or cheering on a street busker. Ashley believes that art is a universal language and hopes to play a part in supporting the global exchange of great art.

When our French speaking agent, Alexina isn’t busy selling book Ideas or managing projects, you can find her sipping on a cup of coffee and doodling in a sketchbook.
