Diego is a Spanish illustrator whose earliest memories always involve a pencil and paper. He always wanted to be an artist, focusing his efforts and studies on achieving his goal. After graduating from art school and completing several specialised courses in digital painting, he began his career as a children's illustrator and cartoonist. This penchant for humour is reflected in his work, whenever the project allows. Over the years, he has worked with publishers around the world, collaborating on school books and children's and young adult fiction. He belongs to the catalogue of artists of the Andalusian Centre for Literature, with whom he gives talks and illustration workshops in schools. He also has experience in animation, both in storyboarding and final art.
