Marta Antelo is a Spanish illustrator with over 20 years of industry experience. She studied Fine Arts at Polytechnic University of Valencia, her natal city. After living in Madrid for 15 years, she moved back to Valencia by the sea with her husband and their daughter Chloe. Marta’s work transcends borders. She has been published in fictional, non-fictional, and educational books for all ages in several countries such as: Korea, Australia, UK, US, France, Sweden, Spain. Marta has worked with clients including: Penguin Books, Quarto Group, Nosy Crow, Bayard, Little Rabbit, Storey Publishing, Dodoo story, Family Fun Disney, National Geographic Kids. She illustrated the best seller Rosa Parks published by Quarto Group as a part of the collection Little People Big Dreams. In addition to children books, she has been published in several magazines and newspapers including the New York Times, Boston Globe, and the Wall Street Journal. Marta has also designed patterns for textiles and painted murals at the Adelaida Hospital in Australia.
