Collaborate Project Longlisted for SLA Award!

Last year, Collaborate designed and packaged a lovely book for Wayland (an imprint of Hachette) which was illustrated by the very talented, Beatriz Castro.

The book is called Dot.Common Senseand it is a gorgeous picture book that follows two young characters, Olivia and Sam, as they journey around the internet and learn all about keeping safe online.

The title covers a range of topics from viruses to identity theft, cyber bullying, social media and digital citizenship. And is all packaged up as a lovely picture book which encourages young reader to take an interest in the subject.

We loved working on this book and were really happy with how it turned out.

Fast forward a year or so, and this title is giving us even more reasons to be cheerful… last week we learned that it has been long listed for this years School Library Associations, Information Book Award!

We are so delighted with this news that we just had to share it. It is a real pleasure to see one of our books sitting next to so many wonderful titles!
