Steffany is a background painter/visual development artist for animation and a freelance illustrator living in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from UC Riverside in 2014 and attended Art Center College of Design for Illustration - Entertainment Arts shortly after. She began her career in TV animation in 2019 and has since worked as a painter and designer on projects for Disney, Cartoon Network, Netflix and more. She enjoys illustrating whimsical and charming depictions of fantasy, adventure, mythology, and spooky tales. She also enjoys working in different styles and exploring shape, color, and texture. While she mainly works in digital media now, she often likes to return to traditional mediums such as oil paint, watercolor, or pencil. In her free time, Steffany likes to cook, bake, and spend time with family, friends and her tabby cat, Olive.
