Barco de Vapor is the most famous children’s book series in the whole of the Spanish speaking world. Millions of children have grown up reading the amazing novels from this great collection, from Argentina to Spain, Mexico to Venezuela – and the many Spanish students in other countries!
We were extremely excited when Editorial SM came to us and asked us to create book trailers to promote their famous titles! Our illustrators and animators in Spain could not believe that they would be working with illustrations from the books that they had read when they were children!
We gave a fresh, young and original approach to animating their existing illustrations and created more than 60 unique, personalised book trailers for them that captured the essence of each story perfectly. The illustrations, animation style, script, font and music were totally different in every trailer and inspired by the manuscript itself.
